DIY Support: $250 setup fee covers onboarding plus your first two months of quarterly support ($125/month value). Ongoing support billed at $150/quarter.
Full Service (Solopreneur): $250/month for the first two months includes onboarding + active bookkeeping. Then $300/month ongoing. This discounted ramp-up helps us get to know your business and fine-tune the service.
Includes QBO Ledger subscription and up to 150 monthly transactions. Additional complexity may adjust pricing.
Full Service (Small Business): $250 one-time setup fee covers configuration, system access, and onboarding tasks. Monthly service starts at $450/month and is determined following discovery.
This tier supports multiple platforms, inventory, or sales tax. Setup fee does not include monthly bookkeeping services.
